Jackie was born in the United Kingdom and, at age twelve, moved with her family to South Carolina. She later became a United States citizen and has lived in Spartanburg ever since.
After attending Spartanburg Community College, Jackie was employed with several companies in various industries. She joined Halliday, Schwartz, & Co., Inc. in 2001 and now serves as coordinator of the Accounting Services Department. Her duties include assisting clients with monthly closings, payroll processing and quarterly and year-end tax reporting. She is a former member and treasurer of the Spartanburg Lions Club and currently serves as a member of the Inman Lions Club. In addition, Jackie is an active member of her church.
