Andrew joined Halliday, Schwartz & Co. in 2010 after graduating from Wofford College in 2009 with a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Clemson University in 2010 with his Masters in Professional Accountancy with an Audit Emphasis. He is a member of the American Institute of Public Accountants in addition to the South Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants.
While at Halliday, Schwartz & Co., he has gained extensive technical accounting and auditing knowledge while working on private company assurance engagements in large-scale distribution; governmental, specifically South Carolina Public School Districts and Counties , and not for profit industries. He also has specialized knowledge in the areas of individual and corporate taxation.
On a civic level, Andrew currently serves on two South Carolina Department of Education committees and on the Board of Directors of the South Carolina School for the Deaf and Blind Foundation, the Employers Network as Treasurer, and Dobson Tape Ministries as Vice-Chairman. Andrew is an active member at Taylors First Baptist Church.
